The Table View on Handheld offers the same functionality and at-a-glance information as the Shift4 Dine workstation. For detailed explanations of table behavior and status indicators, visit the Understand the Table View on Shift4 Dine article.

• Table Layouts: Handheld uses the same table layouts configured in Workstation. To accommodate the portrait orientation of the device, layouts are automatically rotated 90° clockwise.
  
• Zoom & Pan: To improve readability on a smaller screen, users can pinch to zoom and pan within the Table View, allowing quick access to table details without changing layouts.

Drawer Menu Navigation

A drawer menu is available from both the Tables and Orders views. Open the drawer menu by tapping the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen or by swiping right from the left edge.

The drawer menu allows users to:

• Switch between Tables and Orders views
• Logout
• View the logged-in user’s name
