Description: The ticket timer setting is designed to change the color of the status bar for orders shown on the SkyTab KDS (Kitchen Display System) based on when the order was sent to the display. Use the steps below to configure the Ticket Timers for each kitchen display.
- Tap on the gear icon near the bottom left of the screen to open the Settings screen.
- Select Ticket Actions.
- In the Ticket Timers section, use the pull-down buttons to change the values for Warning Timer Status change after: and Alert Timer Status change after:
Note: Be sure to place a checkmark in the checkbox next to each value to ensure the timer rules are enforced.
Continue to the next set of instructions (if you are configuring the station for the first time) or tap Done (if you are merely adjusting the timer settings).

If you were configuring the station for the first time and you enabled the bump station, your configuration is complete, tap Done.
