Find Your DoorDash Store ID

Description: Learn how to quickly locate your DoorDash Store ID using either your store’s public DoorDash URL or the Merchant Portal URL.

Your DoorDash Store ID is required for integrations, troubleshooting, and support requests. There are two simple ways to locate it.

Option 1: DoorDash Website (Store Page URL)

1. Open a web browser and go to DoorDash.com.
2. Search for and select your store.
3. Once on your store’s page, look at the URL in the address bar at the top of the browser.
4. Your Store ID is the string of digits at the end of the URL.
   
   In this example, 12345678 is the Store ID.

Note: The Store ID will always appear as a series of numbers at the end of the link.

Option 2: DoorDash Merchant Portal

1. Log in to the DoorDash Merchant Portal.
2. Once logged in, look at the URL in the address bar.
3. Your Store ID will be included in the URL.
   

Note: Selecting different tabs on the left navigation menu will not change your Store ID. You can retrieve it from any page within the Merchant Portal.

In this example, 12345678 is the Store ID.
