What Shift4 APIs or webhooks does Evergreen use?
Evergreen connects to Shift4 Dine to sync menu data to digital displays. It is not integrated into Shift4 Payments, does not use the Batch Ticket Updated webhook, and does not consume the Online Ordering V3 Menu and Order APIs.
What is the onboarding flow for a merchant?
Evergreen uses the Lighthouse Token Flow (OAuth). When a merchant connects through the Marketplace, they are redirected through the OAuth2 callback flow to authenticate with Evergreen's platform.
What POS does this integration support?
Shift4 Dine. No other Shift4 POS platforms are supported at this time.
What happens if a merchant uninstalls the integration?
Evergreen captures uninstall events via the Uninstall Request URL. When a merchant removes the integration from Marketplace, Evergreen is notified and can deactivate the merchant's account accordingly.
