Resolve "100010 Connect Error Com Error" on PAX SP30 for HT-Retail

What is causing this Error?

If you receive an error on your HT-Retail POS system that states "100010 CONNECT ERROR COM ERROR" while trying to process credit cards, this means that the TP-Link Router TL-R470T is having an issue. This can be confirmed by attempting to navigate to TPLink's configuration page and seeing whether or not it loads.
