Shift4Gift Lighthouse Business Manager Reporting

Description: Shift4Gift features new reporting for gift cards in Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM). This reporting gives you balance and transaction data without the need to contact the Gift Card team.

To access Shift4Gift Reporting:

1. Log into LBM.
2. Go to Reporting on the left navigation and select Shift4Gift Reporting.
   
   
3. Use the Select a Report dropdown to select the report you are looking to generate.
   
   • Balances
   • Transaction Detail 
   • Transaction Summary
4. Select the Location from the next dropdown box.

   • In the current installment, this is limited to single location data per report.

5. Enter the timeframe for the report you are looking to obtain in the Select a Period box.

   • Custom or preset time frame (when applicable)

6. Select Generate.

Reports

Balances

This report acts as a liability tracker for all gift cards in the locations program. This is normally a report the Gift Card team would provide in this masked version. If you need the full card numbers, contact the Gift Card team. 

Reading Balance Report

Rows
	Total	The total amount of the location(s) being shown.
	Location	The DBA for the account.
	Gift Card Number	The masked gift card number displays the last 4 numbers.
Columns
	Gift Card - Status	Is the card active?
	Gift Card - Balance	The current balance
	Last Trans - Date	The date and time of the last transaction.
	Last Trans - Transaction ID	The number assigned to the transaction from the POS.
	Last Trans - Type	What action the gift card performed in the transaction.
	Last Trans - Amount	The amount of the transaction.

Transaction Summary

This report is going to act as the daily summary of the gift card program.  

Reading Transaction Summary Report

Rows
	Total	The total amount of the location(s) being shown.
	Location	The DBA for the account.
Columns
	Sold - Count	The number of gift cards purchased.
	Sold - Amount	The money value.
	Redeemed - Count	The number of gift cards used as payment.
	Redeemed - Amount	The money value.
	Expired - Count	The number of gift cards that became inactive in the time period.
	Expired - Amount	The money value.
	Total - Count	The number of gift card actions.
	Total - Amount	The money value.

Transaction Detail

This report gives the transaction breakdown for the overview information in the Transaction Summary. 

Reading Transaction Detail Report

Columns	Date	The date and time of the transaction.
	Transaction ID	The number assigned to the transaction from the POS.
	Type	What action the gift card performed in the transaction.
	Waitperson	The employee who performed the action.
	Gift Card #	The last four digits of the gift card number.
	Amount	The money value used from the gift card.
	Balance After	The money value remaining
	Void	Was this gift card involved with a void?
	Void ID	The transaction ID. This will only be filled in if there is a void present.
