Description: Learn how to order physical gift cards through Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM). Physical gift cards must be ordered through the Shift4Gift module and shipped to your location.

Order Physical Gift Cards
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager.
- From the left navigation menu, select Gift Cards > Shift4Gift.
- Turn on the Enable Physical Cards toggle. This allows you to sell and redeem physical gift cards.
Note: You can also select the checkbox if you want to create Physical Gift Cards to sell at brick-and-mortar locations only, without making the Physical Gift Cards available on your online shop. - Select Choose Card Designs.
- Select either Design Your Card to create your own design or Choose Design to select from the library (images, colors, logo, text).
- Check the box under each design you want to use. These designs will be printed on your physical card order.
- Select Save once all options are selected.
- Locate the Inventory field under the Card Design section. Enter the total number of physical gift cards you want shipped.
- Review Pricing and Shipping Settings.

Card Pricing: Choose which values you want to sell: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, or custom.

Shipping: When customers order physical cards online, they must pay shipping. The max order per transaction is 10 cards. These do not affect the order shipment sent to you, but affect what customers see on the shop page.

- Select Save to submit the order.
Important: There is no separate “Order Now” button. Saving the inventory amount automatically generates the card order. - At the bottom of the Physical Gift Cards section, select View Order History. This page lists all previously submitted orders, including quantities, dates, and statuses.
