Description: Learn how to run an Overtime report in SkyTab Workforce.
Reports the overtime hours and cost by employee and type (Daily or Weekly) for the selected reporting period.
Prerequisite
Enable the feature via Main Menu > Compliance > Overtime.
Access Report
Navigate to Main Menu > Reports > Overtime.
Date Selection
Select a single day, or a date range, from the calendar. Once applied, results that meet the criteria are returned.
Sort Options
Select any column label (Employees, Overtimes, Daily, Weekly, Total, Cost) to sort by Ascending or Descending Order.
Report Display
The upper portion tracks Hours and Cost in graphical form, where the Line graph represents Hours, and the Bar graph represents Cost.
Hovering the mouse over a specific day will show the breakdown of hours and cost by overtime type, Daily, and Weekly.
The lower portion details individual employee results. Scrolling to the bottom of the employee list, a total for the location is provided.
Field Descriptions
For the selected reporting period;
- Overtimes: Number of times overtime worked in the reporting period.
- Daily: Hours of Daily Overtime
- Weekly: Hours of Weekly Overtime
- Total: Total Overtime Hours (Daily + Weekly)
- Cost: Total Overtime Cost
Export Report
Report data is exportable to CSV. Select the Export button in the screen's top right corner. The report is downloaded directly to your local machine. A notification will appear for reports requiring more time to generate, advising that an email will be sent when the export is available for download. Typically, this will be available within a few minutes.
After receiving the email, select the DOWNLOAD link within the given 48-hour window to download the CSV file to your local machine.
