Description: Learn how to run the Missed Shifts & No-Shows report to identify scheduled shifts that were not worked. This report highlights shifts that do not have a corresponding employee timecard.
This report is intended for accounts using timecards to capture employee clock-ins.
Before You Begin
- Employees must be clocking in and generating timecards.
- You must have access to Workforce reporting.
Run the Report
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
- Log in to Workforce.
- At the top of the screen, select the dropdown displaying your business name.
- Select Reports.
- Select Missed Shifts & No-shows.
- From the calendar, select:
- A single day, or
- A date range
Shifts that meet the criteria (scheduled shifts without a corresponding timecard) will display.
- (Optional) Select any column header (Employee, Job, Schedule, or Date) to sort results in ascending or descending order.
Export the Report to CSV
- Select Export in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- If the report generates quickly, the CSV file downloads directly to your local machine. Select Ok.
- If the report requires additional processing time, a notification appears indicating that an email will be sent when the file is ready.
- If the report generates quickly, the CSV file downloads directly to your local machine. Select Ok.
- If notified by email, select the Download link within 48 hours to download the CSV file.
