Description: Learn how to run the Missed Shifts & No-Shows Report to identify scheduled shifts that were not worked by highlighting any shift that has no corresponding employee timecard.
The Missed Shifts & No-Shows report is relevant to users utilizing timecards to capture actual shift clock-ins. The shifts returned in this report are those that have no corresponding timecard.
Prerequisite
Employees are clocking in for their shifts to generate a timecard.
- Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).
- Select Workforce.
- Navigate to Main Menu > Reports > Missed Shifts & No-shows.
- Select a single day, or a date range, from the calendar. Once applied, shifts that meet the criteria are returned.
- Select any column label (Employee, Position, Schedule, Date) to sort by Ascending or Descending Order.
- Report data is exportable to CSV. Select the Export button in the screen's top right corner. The report is downloaded directly to your local machine. A notification will appear for reports requiring more time to generate, advising that an email will be sent when the export is available for download. Typically, this will be available within a few minutes.
- After receiving the email, select the Download link within the given 48-hour window to download the CSV file to your local machine.
