Description: Learn what the different colors represent when the Reopen a Check button is pressed.
Colors
- A yellow check indicates that there are menu items on the check that have not been sent to a prep area.
- A green check indicates that all menu items on the check have been sent to a prep area, but the check has not been printed.
- A light blue check indicates that all menu items have been sent and the check has been printed.
- A red check indicates that all menu items have been “sent” and the guest check has been printed. A red check has been open for a prolonged amount of time and is ready to be paid out.
- A gray check indicates that the check is in the process of being transferred and has not been accepted yet by the recipient of the transfer.
- A magenta check indicates that the check is a team check.
- A light blue dark shaded check indicates that that check is a separate check.
