To combine tickets:
- Access the Open Tickets screen.
- Highlight two or more tickets on the right, and on the left, a summary of each ticket is displayed.
- Select Manage Tickets on the bottom left side to access the Manage Tickets screen.
A warning displays if one or more open tickets have partial payments that must be voided before combining.
The Manage Tickets screen shows all ticket information for each selected order.
Move Items Between Tickets
To move items from one ticket to another:
- Select the Item(s) to move.

- Tap Save in the lower right corner.
- Select the guest you would like to move the item to.
- Tap Save to commit the changes.
Move Guests Between Tickets
You can also move guests from one ticket to another within the Open Tickets screen.
To move guests between tickets:
- Select two or more tickets from the grid view list to move guests.
- Select Manage Tickets in the lower left corner.
-
With each ticket open on the Manage Tickets screen, select the guest on the ticket you would like to move. This highlights all items under the guest.
- To transfer the guest, select the order number at the top of the ticket.
- The selected guest and all items under them will transfer to the selected ticket.
- Tap Save to commit the changes.
Combine Whole Tickets
To combine the entirety of tickets together within the Open Tickets screen:
- Select two or more tickets from the grid view list.
- Select Manage Tickets in the lower left corner.
- On the Manage Tickets screen, select the order number at the top of the two or more tickets that will be combined.
- Press Combine Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
-
The newly created combined ticket will keep the owner of the destination ticket, not the ticket being merged. Therefore, when combining tickets with different owners, the user should select the ticket with the desired owner as the destination ticket (typically their own).
- When the “Select Destination Ticket” pop-up appears, select the destination ticket, then press OK.
- Tap Save to commit the changes.
