Perform End of Day in Harbortouch Retail

Description: The HT-Retail Day End Report provides the essential breakdown of drawer counts, calculator payments, and other totals reflecting the processing throughout the day. To access this report, you must perform the Day End process. 

Note: The HT-Retail Day End Report ONLY prints on the RP-D10 Thermal Receipt printer.

1. Log in to the HT-Retail POS system using admin credentials.
2. Select Day End from either the Home screen or the navigation bar along the top.
3. Set the appropriate Date and Day End Report Type on the top left:
   • By Store: Closes out the entire store and shows all sales data for the business day.
   • By Till/Dept: For locations with multiple stations, closes out a single register and shows data for the business day.
   • By Cashier: For locations with multiple cashiers with one till per person per shift, only shows data for that cashier and zeroes out the drawer after that shift.
4. Press Reload.
5. Ensure Print Day End Report is checked at the bottom center.
6. Select Save Payment Totals to print or reprint the report.
