Description: Review how to add or edit job positions and assign permissions when creating employees in Harbortouch Retail below.
- To begin, log in to the POS software and select Setup from either the main screen or the navigation bar at the top.
- Then, select the Positions tab to see a list of the current job positions. This screen also shows you the number of employees assigned to each position.
- To add a new job position, click on Add Position and type in the name of the new position (i.e., Cashier). The Permissions can be adjusted on the right side of the screen.
- Use the + plus signs to expand the categories and place a check next to any permissions you want this job to have.
- Once finished, press Save Position at the bottom of the screen.
