Enable or Disable Demo Mode Through the BroadPOS Lite Application for Europe

Description: This article provides the steps for exiting or entering Demo Mode on a European (EU) SkyTab SOLO device.

Clear the Batch if in Demo Mode

Important: Before clearing the batch, print a report of the transaction information. Once the device is no longer in Demo Mode, transactions may need to be processed.

1. Navigate to the Shift4 Application.
   

2. Select Func from the main sales screen.
   

3. Tap on Settings.
   

4. Input the password (the current date) in MMDDYYY format.
   .

5. Tap on Other Settings.
   

6. Tap Clear ALL and hit the back arrow.
   

Enable or Disable Demo Mode

1. Navigate to the Shift4 Application.
   
2. Select Func from the main sales screen.
   
3. Tap on Settings.
   
4. Input the password (the current date) in MMDDYYY format.
   .
5. Tap on Operations Settings.
   
6. Select Demo mode to enable or disable the function.
   
7. Navigate back to SkyTab SOLO.
   
8. Load into the main sale screen of SkyTab SOLO.
