Exit Out of Demo Mode in the BroadPOS Lite Application for EU

Description: This article provides the steps for exiting Demo Mode on a EU Skytab SOLO merchant.

To exit Demo Mode, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Shift4 Application.
   

2. Select Func from the main sales screen.
   

3. Tap on Settings.
   

4. Input the password.

1. Note: By default, try using the United States format MMDDYYY. If that doesn't work, try the EU format of YYYYMMDD. The password for SkyTab SOLO will default to the European format YYYYMMDD.
   .

5. Tap on Other Settings.
   

6. Tap Clear ALL and hit the back arrow.
   

7. Tap on Operations Settings.
   

8. Disable Demo mode.
   

9. Navigate back to Skytab SOLO.
   

10. Load into the main sale screen of SkyTab SOLO.
