How can I start gift card services?

To set up your Shift4 gift card program and begin selling and accepting gift cards, select Gift Cards. This link can also be found in the left navigation panel of Lighthouse Business Manager (LBM).

This process will guide you through the creation of your gift card website and the design of your gift cards. You can upload your own image to serve as the card face, choose from pre-designed templates, or opt to have them custom-designed by a member of the Gift Card department for a fee.

What is the pricing?

Our Signature Service plan is ideal for most businesses and includes standard Gift Card functionality, detailed Gift Card Reporting, and support for importing an existing gift card program.

• United States: $25 per month, and no transaction fee
• Canada: CA$39.99 per month, and no transaction fee

Additional Premier Services are available to meet all of your gift card needs, including:

• Gift Card Design
• Third Party Channel Participation (e.g, Blackhawk, Incomm)
• E-commerce (eGift Site upgrade)
• Card Fulfilment
• Settlement Service

Why is there a monthly fee for gift cards?

The service fee covers the electronic processing and management of your gift card program as well as ongoing feature development and security updates. It is comparable to a website hosting fee. Shift4 stores the gift card database and transaction information on our servers. Note that all gift card transactions are included; there is no additional fee for each transaction.

How long will it take for my gift card order to arrive?

Physical card packages require 10–15 business days for printing; timelines may extend during holidays. When your package has shipped, a UPS tracking email will be sent to the address on file.

Ordering Gift Card Envelopes

Yes. Individual gift card envelopes are $0.09 each, plus shipping and handling. Please email [e-mail] with the total number of envelopes you are requesting.

What are the card dimensions?

The cards are: 3 3/8" (3.375") wide and 2 1/8" (2.125") long.

• Pixel size No Bleed: 1013 x 638 px
• Pixel size With Bleed: 1088 x 713 px

Can I order a smaller quantity of gift cards?

Reorders have a minimum of 100 gift cards.
