Accessing Reports

1. In the Shift4 Portal, navigate to Gift Card Program > Reports.
   
2. Select the report type you want to run.

Common Reports

• List of Transactions
  • Shows all transactions within a specific date range.
  • Use the Report Date Range to search for gift card activity over a desired period.
  • Options include selecting report formats, delivery methods, and filtering by store if multiple stores exist.
  • Clients can choose specific columns to display or use the default settings.
• Liability Report
  • Displays the client’s outstanding liability since the start of their Shift4 program.
• Transactions Report
  • Summarizes total activations, redemptions, increments, and adjustments.
  • Running this report regularly can help calculate redemption rates, increment rates, and estimate breakage.
