Overview
The Bulk Activation and Bulk Adjustment tools allow users to perform actions on multiple Gift Cards simultaneously using Full Gift Card Numbers or Serial Numbers.
Note: Both tools require a User ID and a Password to complete the process.
Bulk Activation Tool
Use the Bulk Activation Tool to activate multiple Gift Cards at once.
Methods:
- Range of Gift Card or Serial Numbers: Specify the first and last number in the range, plus the quantity.
- List of Gift Card or Serial Numbers: Enter full Gift Card numbers (maximum 100 cards per transaction).
- Upload a .txt File: Include the full Gift Card numbers in a text file for upload.
Bulk Adjustment Tool
Use the Bulk Adjustment Tool to adjust balances on multiple Gift Cards at once.
Methods:
- Range of Gift Card or Serial Numbers: Adjust using a starting and ending number, plus quantity.
- List of Gift Card or Serial Numbers: Enter full Gift Card numbers (similar to Bulk Activation).
- Upload a .txt File: Include Gift Card numbers in a text file for adjustment.
