Overview
The Bulk Activation and Bulk Adjustment tools allow you to take action on multiple gift cards at the same time using full gift card numbers or serial numbers. These tools help save time and reduce manual entry when processing large batches of cards.
Note: Both tools require a User ID and a Password to complete the process.
Bulk Activation Tool
Use the Bulk Activation Tool to activate multiple Gift Cards in a single transction.
You can activate cards in three ways:
- Range of Gift Card or Serial Numbers: Enter the first and last number in the range, along with the quantity.
- List of Gift Card or Serial Numbers: Enter full Gift Card numbers (maximum 100 cards per transaction).
- Upload a .txt File: Upload a text file containing the full gift card numbers to be activated.
Bulk Adjustment Tool
Use the Bulk Adjustment Tool to adjust balances on multiple Gift Cards at once.
The tool works the same way as Bulk Activation and supports the following methods:
- Range of Gift Card or Serial Numbers
- List of Gift Card or Serial Numbers
- Upload a .txt File
This tool is typically used for promotional credits, balance corrections, or other operational adjustments.
