Shift4 Gift Card Portal

An administrative tool that allows end users to generate reports that cover every aspect of their program’s performance.

In addition, the Shift4 Portal also allows users to perform gift card transactions and manage other portal users by permission settings, so each member of the client's organization will only have access to the data they should have.

Enter your User Name and Password, then select Sign In to log in to the portal.

Types of Portal Users

2 types of users access the Shift4 Portal:

• CS User: The CS User is found under the Client profile and has a broad range of options to manage their Gift Card/Loyalty Program. CS Users control portal access and associated permissions for other portal users at the client and store levels.
• Store Web User: This user is found at the Store level and will have limited access to manage the Gift Card program for their individual store(s). Inquiries regarding changes to portal access should be directed to their Head office or Gift Card Program administrator (CS User).
