Acknowledge Exceptions in Manager Screen

1. A broadcast message will appear at the front of the house displaying that an exception condition has been met. 
    
2. When a manager logs in, this prompt will appear. Selecting Check will display the exception list.
    
3. Select the exemption and select ACKNOWLEDGE.
    

Check Exceptions in Manager Screen

1. Swipe the manager's card to proceed. Alternatively, a fingerprint scan or the manager’s number and password may be used. Then, select Manager Screen.
   
2. Select Exceptions > Enter. 
    
3. Select the exception and select ACKNOWLEDGE.
