SkyTab POS v1.124.2 Release Plan

Default Modifiers: Automatically pre-select standard ingredients or add-ons for menu items in Lighthouse Business Manager and SkyTab POS to speed up order entry and simplify customization.
Digital Receipt Enhancements: Digital receipts can now be re-sent for completed tickets on the POS.
Kitchen Ticket Enhancements: Kitchen tickets now display “WITH: [parent item name]” to improve modifier and side item context.
Linked Parent Item Setting: Added new printer setting “Show Linked Parent Item on Routed Tickets” to control parent item visibility.
Spain Only:
- Enhanced Invoice Handling:
  - Cashiers can now upgrade simplified invoices to complete invoices with full enrichment.
  - SkyTab Air now supports issuing legally compliant complete invoices at payment, including customer details and online NIF validation.
- Offline Invoice Completion: Merchants can complete invoices offline by manually entering company and address details when TAX ID validation fails.

Internal Only:

Optimized API calls (e.g., getUser) and feature flag performance using in-memory caching.
Improved logging and diagnostics for system performance and Journey API tracking.

Added A800 onboard printer auto-detection and configuration.
Enhanced label printer formatting with improved font size and spacing.
Improved loyalty messaging for item-level discounts.
Added rewards caching to improve performance.
Updated VAT validation to accept both VAT ID and legal name for invoices.
Receipt selection screen now auto-dismisses to “No Receipt” when appropriate (e.g., auto-logout).
Demo mode enhanced with “Due Time” display for improved training visibility.

SkyTab Air Improvements:

Fixed UI issues where elements could flash after printing from completed tickets.
Addressed sync error handling with new recoverable error support and replay mechanisms.
Fixed issues related to printer formatting and ticket display consistency.
