Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where employee access to a tender type is always validated. Improved job checks to better confirm employee access, preventing unauthorized transactions.
Resolved an issue where Pre-Auth Payments were being excluded from Tip Hint calculations.
Fixed UI issues where elements could flash after printing from completed tickets.
Addressed sync error handling with new recoverable error support and replay mechanisms.
Fixed issues related to printer formatting and ticket display consistency.
