Description: Set up how you want to use loyalty prompts on SkyTab POS. The Loyalty settings in SkyTab POS control how you add loyalty members to a ticket.
Note: You will need manager permissions on your POS to complete this task.
Prompt for Phone Number on Ticket's First Save
Once Loyalty setup is completed in Lighthouse Business Manager, navigate to Manager > Settings > Business > Loyalty.
The "Prompt for Phone Number on a Ticket's First Save" option controls when you would add a loyalty member to a ticket.
If your preference is to have your staff always search for loyalty members, you should set the toggle ON. When this setting is ON, it prompts staff to look for a loyalty member for every ticket when it is first committed - during the Send, Take Payment, or Print functions, depending on your order flow.
If you only want your staff to look up loyalty members in certain situations, it is best to leave this setting OFF.
Enable Loyalty on Customer Display
The "Enable Loyalty on Customer Display" setting is for the customer to view their loyalty points on the Customer Facing Display. Toggle this setting ON if you want to allow your customers to view this.
