Search for a Loyalty Member on SkyTab POS

Description: Learn how to search for a loyalty member on SkyTab POS.

To search for a Loyalty member:

1. From the Order Entry screen, use the Loyalty button at the bottom of the screen.
   
   When searching for a loyalty member, you are presented with the "ENTER LOYALTY PHONE NUMBER" screen. 
2. Enter the customer's phone number using the keypad and select Lookup.
   
3. If the customer is already a Loyalty member, you can select Ok to add them to the ticket or select a loyalty reward and select Ok.
   
4. If the customer is not a Loyalty member, visit the Add a New Member to the Loyalty Program on SkyTab POS During Order Entry article to add them.
