Exporting a Report from Business Intelligence

You can export any report in Business Intelligence (BI) as a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet.

To export a report:

1. Open the report you want to export (for example, Daily Sales Report).
2. Select the three dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner of the report.
3. Choose PDF or Excel from the drop-down menu.

• When you select PDF, the report displays on your screen.
• From there, you can:
  • Download the file
  • Print the report

• When you select Excel, the file automatically downloads to your computer.
