Description: Learn how to add your favorite reports for quick and convenient access in one centralized location within Business Intelligence (BI).
Add a Report to Favorites
- Log in to Business Intelligence (BI).
- Locate the report you would like to add.
- Select the 3 vertical dots (ellipsis) in the upper-right corner of the report.
- Select Add to Favorites.
- In the pop-up window, enter a name for the favorite report.
- Select Add.
A confirmation message, "Report was successfully" added flashes at the top of the window.
Access Your Favorite Reports
To view your saved reports at any time:
- Select Favorites from the left navigation menu.
Your saved reports will be available there for quick access.
