Description: Learn how to use Ticket Search on Business Intelligence (BI) to look up previous tickets and investigate activity for loss prevention purposes.
Ticket Search allows you to locate past tickets and review transaction details. It can also be used for loss prevention investigations, such as reviewing discounts, voids, long ticket times, and other activities.
To access Ticket Search:
- Select Loss Prevention > Ticket Search.
- Select Criteria to set the search parameters.
- The Ticket Search form will display. Determine the best method to search with the ticket data available.
- After you have entered your search criteria, select Search. Any tickets that match your criteria will be shown, and you can select them to view more details.
