View the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Report
The KPI Report is one of Business Intelligence (BI)'s. most valuable reports, providing a high-level overview of key business metrics. Each section allows you to drill down for more detailed insights.
To get started, select KPI from the left navigation menu.
- Compare to: You can choose between Last Week or Last Year by clicking the dropdown.
- Percentage/Dollars: The report defaults to Percentage up or down. However, if you want it in dollars, select the down arrow.
- Net Sales: Sales for the period you selected with the date. It will let you know if you are up or down, depending on whether you chose Last Week or Last Year.
- Guests: The number of customers served
- Guest Avg.: Tells you how much each guest spent
- Refunds: If applicable, refunds are displayed here.
- Voids: These are listed, allowing you to drill down to the ticket level to view the void.
Note: If Void $ goes up, it shows in Red. - Discounts: Same as Voids, and allows you to go to the ticket detail.
Note: If discounts go up, it shows in red. - Labor %: This lets you know how much labor you used
- OT Hours: Tells you how many hours of overtime, and you can drill to the punches
- OT $: Lets you know how much the overtime costs you
- Sales/Labor Hour: This will tell you how many sales were generated per person-hour (productivity)
- Tickets: Tells you how many tickets were rung in that period
- Ticket Avg.: This lets you know the average of all your tickets
- Daily Sales Report: Allows you to pick a store and view its Daily Sales Report.
