Employee Timecard Report Guide
To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Labor/Payroll > Payroll > EE Timecards.
Purpose of the Report
The Employee Timecard Report displays:
- Employee Time In
- Employee Time Out
- Total hours worked
This report helps you monitor attendance and verify accurate timekeeping.
What to Review
- Long Shifts: Review the shift duration columns to identify unusually long shifts that may require verification.
- Running Weekly Hours: The far-right column displays the employee’s running total hours for the week, allowing you to monitor overtime risk and ensure compliance with labor policies.
