Run Tip Reporting on SkyTab Business Intelligence

Description: Learn how to run Tip Reporting on SkyTab Business Intelligence (STBI).

Navigate to Labor/Payroll > Payroll > Tip Reporting to run an Employee Tip Report.

The STBI Tip Reporting will show the Cash Sales and reported tips, the Charge sales and reported tips. This report will show which employees are reporting their tips correctly.

The last column of the report displays P.U.T (Potential Unreported Tips). The PUT report shows employees with potential underreporting of tips. Charge Tip% - Cash Tip % = Variance Tip %.  P.U.T. = Variance Tip % * Cash Sales to get a dollar amount.
