Run a House Accounts Charges Report on SkyTab Business Intelligence

Description: Learn how to run a House Accounts Charges report on SkyTab Business Intelligence (STBI).

To access this report, select Sales/Guests, House Accounts, then House Account Charges. If you are using the customer module inside of SkyTab POS, you are able to get reporting on all of your accounts inside of the database. In addition, you are able to get the ticket-level details of the House Account charge. Support will have to help you map the accounts if you are in an Enterprise account.

By selecting the "Group By" dropdown, you can choose to look at the account information by Store, Account, or Employee.
