Run a Non Sale Items Report on SkyTab Business Intelligence

Description: Learn how to run a Non Sale Items report on SkyTab Business Intelligence (STBI).

To access this report, select Sales/Guests, then Non Sale Items. The report allows you to track items that are not part of sales. Examples would be Gift Card sales, a service charge, or a delivery fee.

Using the "Group By" dropdown, you can view the information on non-sale items by Store, Day Part, Hour, 15-minute, Revenue Class, or Department.
