Zero Amt Tickets Report Guide

To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Loss Prevention > Zero Amt Tickets. 

Purpose of the Report

The Zero Amt Tickets Report quickly displays all tickets with a total of $0.00 for the selected date.

This report is useful for identifying:

• Fully discounted tickets
• Voided transactions
• Training tickets
• Potential misuse or errors

Viewing by Employee

You can run the report grouped by Employee to see which team members created zero-dollar tickets.

For ticket detail:

1. Select the employee’s name.
2. Select Drill to Tickets.
   
3. Select Show Ticket Detail to review the ticket to determine why the total is $0.00.
   

This allows you to verify whether the zero-dollar ticket was legitimate (e.g., promotion, manager comp, training) or requires further investigation.

Below is an example of the report grouped by employee, allowing you to quickly identify which employees generated zero-dollar tickets, and then you can drill down for detail.

When reviewed regularly, the Zero Amt Tickets Report supports accountability and strengthens loss prevention controls.
