Run a Modifiers Mix Report on SkyTab Business Intelligence

The Modifiers Mix report is both powerful and flexible. It allows you to view the Modifiers used, or you can select the Modifier-Item to see all menu items using Modifiers.

To access the Modifiers Mix Report, select Sales/Guests > Modifiers Mix.

For this example, we selected Atlanta for the Locations/Groups. 

To view the Modifiers used last week, change the date to Last Week, then select Group By and select Modifier. 

The report displays a list of all of the Modifiers used during the date range. In the report below, you can see 57 different Modifiers were used.  

If we “Drill To” on any of the modifier lines, we can see the Modifier-Item. When we “Drill To” Home Fries and select Modifier-Item, we can see all the menu items using Home Fries as a Modifier.  

The result is All American Breakfast used 12 Modifiers of Home Fries.

To view the Modifiers by menu item, select Group By > Modifier-Item from the dropdown list.

In the report below, we can see there were three menu items that used Texas Toast.
