Top of Ticket
Cancel: Selecting 'Cancel' will not save any changes made to the check and returns you to the previous screen.
Order #: Displays the ticket order number.
Send: Selecting 'Send' will save the ticket to the POS and send any items that are set to print at order printers if they have not already been sent. |
In the next area is the assigned order type (Dine In, Bar, etc.), ticket name, and if a customer is assigned. You can tap on any of these fields to change them. |
In the main area of the ticket, you will see at least one seat position labeled 'S1' and a table position for shared items.

Add/Remove Guest
Adding a guest to an order allows Items to be grouped by who ordered them. Separating items makes it easier to serve a party and enables the simple splitting of the ticket at the end of the transaction if requested. You can also add or remove seats by using the '+' plus and '-' minus buttons next to the Guest button.
Discounts
Discounts are accessed from the Discount option on the Ticket Options Menu within an Open Order.
Manage
The Manage button allows you to split or combine checks.
Taxes
To prevent a tax from applying to an order, remove it by pressing the Taxes button to open the Remove or Restore Taxes & Gratuity Dialog.
Gratuities
The Gratuities button pulls the list of predefined gratuities, and you can add one or multiple gratuities to the ticket. Repeating the same process allows you to remove gratuity from the ticket.
A guest receipt is a printed copy of an order that is typically provided to the customer. Simply press the Print button, and a guest receipt prints out of the local receipt printer.
