What is causing this Error?
If you receive an error in Universal Transaction Gateway (UTG) Stand Alone stating "Internet Service Provider Failure," the PIN Pad is not able to connect to the internet.
How do I resolve this Error?
To resolve this error, reconnect the PIN Pad to the internet, and then close and reopen the Stand Alone.
Note: You are also able to run the S4 Probe test to verify that the UTG can connect to data centers and whether the network is the problem. Below is an example of a probe test:
