Step 1. Accessing Your Online Reservations Link
The You’re Done page confirms that you have successfully completed the Reservations Setup Wizard.
On this page, you will:
- Receive your Online Reservations link
- Select the Reservation button style for your website
The Online Reservations link is the URL your customers will use to book reservations at your restaurant.
After the link has been emailed to you, you may share it directly with customers or add it to your website, social media pages, or marketing materials.
Step 2. Choosing a Reservations Button for Your Website
The Reservations Button feature allows you to select a button style to display on your restaurant’s website.
When added to your website, customers can select this button to access your online reservation page.
To choose your button style:
- Review the available button options.
- Select your preferred style.
- The selected button will be highlighted in blue.
Step 3. Emailing Your Reservations Link and Button Code
After selecting your preferred button style, you can have your reservation link and button HTML code sent to you via email.
To email the link and code:
- Select the Email Me The Link And The Code.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Send.
Step 4. Receiving Your Reservations Email
You will receive an email containing:
- Your Online Reservations URL (link)
- The HTML code for your selected reservation button
You may provide the HTML code to your website administrator or embed it directly into your restaurant’s website.
The button image included in the email reflects the style you selected on the You’re Done page.
You have now successfully completed the Hospitality Reservations Setup Wizard.
Your online reservation system is ready to begin accepting bookings.
