What is causing this Error?
The error "9101 Host error 21113 received "INVALID AMOUNT 211" is a message returned from the processor that historically has been associated with trying to process a transaction for an amount that exceeds a limit on the card.
How do I resolve this Error?
As neither the processor nor Shift4 will know the limit, you should have the cardholder contact their issuing bank to find out the limit and potentially temporarily raise the limit, or you can split the charge up per the limit. Alternatively, you can request another form of payment from the cardholder.
