Description: Learn how to delete items off a check from the managers screen.
Deleting Items
- Swipe the manager's card to proceed. Alternatively, a fingerprint scan or the manager’s number and password may be used. Then, select Manager Screen.
- Select Delete items(s) from check > Enter.
- Enter the table number and press Enter, or press Reopen Checks and select the check that holds the items for deletion and press Enter.
- Select the deletion reason and press Enter. Optionally, if the kitchen staff should receive a print out, select the Send Report to Kitchen button, which will toggle from "No" to "Yes" when enabled.
Note: Selecting a “Not Prepared” reason will return the ingredients back into inventory. - Select the item(s) to remove and select DELETE. The check can now have items added, printed, or closed.
