Description: Learn how to reassign an open ticket to yourself or another employee using the transfer options in List View.
Transfer a Ticket
The List View is the management screen used to view and organize all open tickets.
- Select List View from the system’s main screen. Open tickets appear on the left, and available actions appear on the right.
- Select the ticket you want to transfer from the list on the left. You may highlight multiple tickets if needed.
- Choose how you want to transfer the ticket:
- To transfer a ticket to yourself, select Transfer to Me from the right side menu. The ticket is immediately reassigned to the signed-in employee.
- To transfer a ticket to another employee:
- Select Transfer To… on the right side menu. A dialog box appears prompting you to select an employee.
- Choose the employee from the list.
- Confirm the selection to complete the transfer.
- Select Transfer To… on the right side menu. A dialog box appears prompting you to select an employee.
- To transfer a ticket to yourself, select Transfer to Me from the right side menu. The ticket is immediately reassigned to the signed-in employee.
