What is causing this Error?
If the iPP320 PIN Pad reads "API TID Mismatch _______ See DOTN Config Error 9878" this means that the PIN Pad has been switched in reference to the API terminal ID.
How do I resolve this Error?
To resolve this issue, check that the PIN Pads are setup correctly by following the below steps:
- On the UTG Stand Alone program, select Download Now under Device Maintenance.
- Check the Serial Number to see if it matches.
- Check the API Terminal ID that is being used for this PIN Pad's UTG.
- Check the account Serial Number to see what specific PIN Pad it is connected to.
