Generate Reports in SkyTab Workforce

Description: Learn how to generate reports in SkyTab Workforce.

1. Log in to Lighthouse Business Manager and navigate to Workforce > Scheduler.
2. To generate reports, select the company name in the top navigation menu and select Reports.
   
3. The following reports are available to view, filter, and export on the Reports screen:
   • Scheduled vs. Actual: This report shows the scheduled time for each employee and the actual time the employee worked, as well as the scheduled cost and actual cost per employee.
   • Sales vs. Labor Cost: This report shows the business's sales compared to labor costs.
   • Tips vs. Sales: This report shows the amount of recorded tips vs. sales for the business.
   • Overtime: This report shows the daily and weekly reported overtime for each employee and the cost to the business.
   • Clock In Punctuality: This report shows the clock in punctuality for each employee.
   • Break Punctuality: This report shows the break punctuality for each employee.
   • Missed Shifts & No Shows: This report shows the missed shifts & no shows that have occurred.
   • Employee Contact Tracing: This report is available to all users and lists employees who have worked shifts with a sick employee during a selected period.
4. To generate a report, select the report from the list on the left side of the screen.
5. To export the report, select Export on the top right side of the screen.
