Employee Wage Report Guide
To access this report, log in to Business Intelligence and select Labor/Payroll > Payroll > EE Wage Report.
Selecting Store and Date Range
- Choose the appropriate Store using the dropdown menu.
- Set the Date Range based on your payroll period.
Be sure the selected date range matches your company’s payroll cycle.
What the Report Includes
The report provides detailed payroll information per employee, including:
- Regular hours
- Overtime hours (if applicable)
- Sales totals
- Tips (for tipped employees)
At the bottom of the report, you will find a summary section that totals payroll for the selected store and reporting period.
Scheduling the Report for Payroll Processing
If you need to send your payroll report to:
- A payroll service
- An accountant
- Corporate payroll
You can automate delivery using Schedule Report.
Important: When scheduling the report, select Last Pay Period as the date range. By choosing Last Pay Period, the report will automatically update and be emailed each pay cycle to the recipients you designate. This ensures consistent, accurate payroll reporting without needing to manually adjust dates each period.
Regular use of the Employee Wage Report helps ensure payroll accuracy, verify overtime, and streamline communication with payroll providers.
