Description: The Staff Functions screen in QSR & Delivery allows you to add, edit, and manage your employees within the system. Review how to locate this page and also what it entails below.
To access the Staff Functions, log in to the POS system and select Admin from the main QSR screen. You will be prompted to "Swipe your card to enter your password" to access the admin screen options. The credentials used to log in will determine what options are available within the Staff Functions screen.
Once you've selected Admin, choose Config Tools > Staff. Once you click on Staff, the software will bring up the Admin Login screen and ask for a User Name and Password. This is not the same password as the employee password you just typed in; rather, this password is unique to the Admin functions and would have been configured under the employee’s profile itself.
Note: This login and password are unique to the user we logged in as at the first screen (using their PIN). So if you used the generic password of “1” to log in, you would use the generic Admin login for that default account (if it has been set up).
If you used another employee’s password to access the Admin section, you will need that employee’s unique username and password to access the Admin functions. Once you log in to the Staff section using the Admin username and password, you can see a list of all of the business’s employees. Select one to view and/or adjust the settings inside, shown below.
