Perform a Credit Card Refund in Hospitality

Description: Perform a credit card refund in the Hospitality system.

1. To perform a refund on Hospitality, select Manager in the upper right corner of the Order Entry screen.
2. Select Credit Refund.
3. A dialog box appears with a warning that a refund made using this button will not have a ticket associated with it; press YES to continue.
4. In the Refund pop-up, enter the Amount to be refunded using the number pad that appears.
5. Swipe the card through the PIN pad to refund the amount back onto the card. EMV refunds are NOT available.
