Description: List View is one of the screens available to use in the Hospitality software to transfer tickets, combine tickets, and print ticket data without opening the ticket. The List View also has the ability to mass pay several tickets using cash as well as assigning tips to multiple tickets.
List View Screen
On the List View screen, there are 5 different ways a ticket can be sorted on this screen. They are listed on the left side of the screen. The sort options are as followed:
- Customer: Sorting by Customer sorts the Customer attached from A to Z and then the Table Name by A to Z. Any customers attached to tickets are sorted before non-customer tickets.
- Ordered: Sorting by Ordered sorts the tickets by when they were ordered.
- User: Sorting by User sorts the tickets by the employees associated with the tickets.
- Time Left: Sorting by Time Left sorts the ticket by the time left configured in Manger > Sections.
- Amount: Sorting by Amount sorts the ticket by the balance of the ticket.
