Description: Review a list of all the different types of reports that can be performed within the Hospitality software. The following list can be accessed within the Manager tab and under Reports.

Audit Reports

Cash Drawer: All cash drawer activity by transaction type.
Orphaned Tickets: Tickets no longer associated with any timesheet due to timesheet deletion or editing. Orphaned Tickets can cause reports showing labor & sales statistics to be out of balance.

Paid

Paid In: All Cash drawer "Paid In" transactions by user.
Paid In By Day: All cash drawer "Paid In" transactions, by day.
Paid Out: All cash drawer "Paid out" transactions by user.
Paid Out By Day: All cash drawer "Paid Out" transactions, by day.

Tender

Tender By Ticket By Employee: Details of payments received by employee.
Tender Detail (all): Details of payments received by tender type.
Tender Detail (Custom): Details of payments received for custom tender types, by tender type.

Tickets

Tickets Movement By Creator: Ticket transfers and reopened by the employee who created the ticket. Shows if the ticket was voided.
Ticket Movement By Last Owner: Ticket transfers and reopened by the employee who affected the transfer. Shows if the ticket was voided.
Ticket Movement By Acting User: Ticket transfers and reopen by the employee who affected the transfer. Shows if the ticket was voided.
Tickets Detail: Shows details for all tickets created within the time period, with timestamps for each item.

Voids

Voids By Class By Item Detail: Voids performed by revenue class with detail for each void.
Voids By Class By Type Detail: Voids performed, by revenue class and Reason, with detail for each void.
Voids By Class By Type Summary: Summary of voids by revenue class with detail for Reason.
Voids By Employee By Type By Class: Voids performed by the employee, then by reason and revenue class, with detail for each void.
Voids By Type By Class Detail: Voids performed by reason, then by revenue class with detail for each void.
Voids By Type By Class Summary: Summary of voids by reason with detail for revenue class.

Customer Reports

Customer Item Sales Detail: Shows the quantity of items purchased by customer.
Customer Sales Summary: Shows purchase activity over 3 months and 1 year, with customer contact information.
Customers Detail: Customer list with detailed information.
Customers Summary: Basic customer list with contact information.

Labor Reports

Detailed Job Report By Employee: Shows employee timesheet information in a black format.
Employee Directory: Shows Employee record detail in a block format.
Job Report: Labor totals for each job, grouped by employee.
Menu By Name with Screen Categories: Alphabetical list of menu items with screen category, item group, revenue class, price, and cost.
Payroll Detail Report: Basic payroll report by employee and job.
Payroll Report With Sales: Payroll report by employee and job with net sales included.
Payroll Shift Report: Payroll report by employee and job with net sales included and detail for each shift.

Menu Reports

Choice Sets with Menu Items: Choices made by choice set with totals for each parent menu item.
Choices and Choice Sets: Shows each choice set and the choices it contains.
Menu with Screen Categories: Menu Items by screen category.
Plain Menu: Basic report showing the menu.

Product Mix Reports

Basic Products Mix: Sales with item group detail by revenue class and revenue center. Shows gross, discounts, and net amounts.
Day Part Product Mix Group Detail: Sales by day part (lunch, dinner, etc.), with totals for revenue class, perfect of the group, and basic cost and profit figures.
Day Part Product Mix Item Detail: Sales by day part (lunch, dinner, etc.), sub-grouped by revenue class, item group, and detail for each menu item.
Product Mix - Day Part: Sales by revenue class, then by day part, with detail for item group.
Product Mix - Detail By Day Part: Sales by revenue class, then by item group, with totals for each employee.
Product Mix - Employee Details: Sales by revenue class, then by item group, with totals for each employee.
Product Mix By Group: Sales by revenue class, with totals for each item group.
Product Mix By Group - Item Detail: Sales by revenue class, then by item group, with totals for each menu item.

Sales Reports

Choice Sales Alphabetical: Alphabetical list of choices made with quantity, average price, and totals.
Choice Sales By Choice By Employee: Choices made by choice with totals for each employee.
Choice Sales By Employee: Choices made, by employee, with totals for each choice.
Discounts By Class By Item Detail: Shows discounts given, by automatic and manual, then by revenue class with detail for each discount given.
Discounts By Class By Type Detail: Shows discounts given, by automatic and manual, then by revenue class and discount name, with detail for each discount given.
Discounts By Class By Type Summary: Shows discounts given, by automatic and manual, then by revenue class and discount name.
Discounts By Employee By Type By Class: Discounts given by employee, then by discount name and revenue class, with detail for each menu item.
Discounts By Type By Class Detail: Discounts given by automatic and manually, then by discount name and revenue class, with detail for each discount given.

Employee Sales - Details By Employee: Sales groups by revenue center, then by job and employee with totals for each employee and job.
Employee Sales By Revenue Class Summary: Sales for each employee, with totals for each revenue class.
Hourly Sales Performance: Shows hourly sales performance, grouped by month, then the day of the week, with detail for each item.
Hourly Sales Performance by Revenue Class: Shows hourly sales performance, grouped by month, then day, then an hour of the day with detail for reaching revenue class.
Item Sales Alphabetical: Sales for each menu item, sorted alphabetically.
Item Sales By Class By Group: Sales grouped by revenue class, then by item group, with totals for each menu item.
Item Sales By Employee: Detailed list of tickets with totals for each menu item, grouped by employee.
Item Sales By Revenue Class By Employee Detail: Sales group by revenue class, then by employee and item group, with detail for each menu item.
Open Tickets Detail: Shows details for tickets that are currently open in the system.
Restaurant Financial Overview: Overview of the financials for the entire restaurant for your accounting purposes.
Sales and Labor Statistics: Sales vs. labor, grouped by day part and hour of day.
Sales and Labor Summary: Sales vs labor, grouped by day part, and job.
Seating Performance Detail: Sales grouped by month, day of week, with ticket-level detail for each hour and cover averages.
Seating Performance Summary: Sales grouped by month, and day of week, with totals for each hour.
Timesheet Sales Summary: Sales statistics for each timesheet in the period.

Security Reports

Security By Type By User: Report of security logs, grouped by type then by user. Useful for seeing what occurred in certain areas.
Security By User By Type: Report of security logs, grouped by user then by type. Useful for seeing what certain employees did.

Transaction Reports

Credit Card Receipts: For each employee, shows the total credit card charges that did or did not include a tip placed on the card.
Tips By Tender By Employee: Shows tips received for each employee, grouped by the tender type.

Flex Reports

Flex Reports are a type of report that allows the user to adjust columns, summaries, and report contents from within the workstation. They are slimmed-down reports that provide a high degree of ad hoc customization through the use of Excel-like editing tools. Flex Reports use a grid-based report engine that allows live sorting and grouping of columns. This allows for easy customization that can be done without delving into SQL or complicated design tools. Standard Flex Reports include Item Sales, Choice Sales, Discounts, Voids, Timesheets, Security Logs, and Menu reports.
The most common use of a flex report is when a merchant needs to see section-based reporting. To do this, go to Flex reports and select Item Sales with Section and Revenue Center. From here, you'll need to change the Filter Mode, either option will work so long as it's not set to None. Once the filter mode is changed, a small icon will appear next to the column headers, which will allow you to determine what section will be displayed on this report.
