The home page contains a dashboard plus links to interesting functions:
- Widgets
- Favorites
- Help
- System Preferences
- Quick Search
Select Dashboard at the top of the window to return to the dashboard.
Check the What's New section on the dashboard for important information.
Widgets
Widgets are the tiles on the right side of the dashboard, offering a glance at your performance (sales/performance widgets) and easy access to key functions like card search and transactions. To add or remove a widget, go to System Preferences.
Favorites
Favorites lets users add frequently visited pages to this section of the dashboard for quick access. To add a page, select the heart icon next to the menu item. The page will then appear in both the Favorites menu and the Favorites widget on the dashboard.
Help
Selecting Help opens a menu to access resources, including:
- Log a Help Ticket
- Documentation (Web Support)
Quick Search
Begin typing in the search bar to find pages or actions. Relevant links will appear in a dropdown for quick access.
System Preferences
Select the gear icon at the top right to open System Preferences.
The top section lets you set display preferences, while the bottom section allows you to select which widgets appear on the main dashboard.
Select Submit to save your selections.
