Overview
The Certificate Search tool allows users to retrieve comprehensive information about a Gift Card, including:
- Transaction date
- Transaction ID
- Serial number
- Transaction type
- User who performed the transaction
- Gift card expiry date
- Transaction amount
Performing a Certificate Search
To perform a Certificate Search, enter either the Full Card Number or the Serial Number of the Gift Card. The system then displays the card’s balance and full transaction history, including all available details listed above.
