SkyTab POS Multi-Location Management  Improvements- Enterprise-Level Discount Promotion: Discounts created at the location level can now be promoted to the Enterprise level for easier standardization across locations.
- Gratuity Calculation Options: Merchants can now configure gratuity calculations based on either After Discount (Net) or Before Discount (Gross). This enhancement provides greater flexibility in discount governance and gratuity management across multi-location enterprises.
- Enhanced Refund Transparency: We’ve introduced a new Refund Details section for refund transactions, providing merchants with greater visibility and audit clarity. The section displays the user who processed the refund, the selected refund reason, and any additional comments entered at the time of the refund.
This enhancement improves accountability, simplifies reconciliation, and strengthens reporting transparency.
Launch Control/Grow My Business/Notification Center New Features
- United Kingdom & Ireland only: Automated Chargeback Notifications: Chargeback notifications are now fully automated for SkyTab users in the UK and Ireland, improving response time and operational awareness.
SkyTab Online Improvements- Accessibility improvements to enhance compatibility with screen readers, improving usability for visually impaired users.
SkyTab Kiosk Improvements- Performance enhancements to improve overall responsiveness and stability.
- Reorder safeguard: A message now appears if a modifier has been deactivated when attempting to reorder an item, preventing order errors.
SkyTab QR Pay/Ordering Improvements- Payments setup reliability enhancements to improve QR payment configuration and processing stability.
